We recommend adding some extras listed below to take full advantage of the software.

  • REVO Stage 1 Software up to 195 PS & 427 Nm of torque.
  • REVO Replacement Air filter element recommended.
  • Vehicle needs to be well maintained and  turbo needs to be in good condition.
  • Clutch on high mileage cars may need replacing.
  • Not recommended for high mileage over 100k.
  • NOTE: Power is dependant on Fuel Quality, Performance Settings and Conditions.

2.0 TDI ENGINE


The Common Rail 150 Diesel engines from the Volkswagen Audi Group are fantastic engines and a vast improvement over the earlier PD140 engines in terms performance, smoothness, and economy. Revo software on these engines builds even more on these improvements adding performance and useable power without sacrificing any of the smoothness or economy of the engine. You’ll find driving your CR150 more effortless than stock even when driven mildly, and more punchy when driven aggressively. The increases in torque throughout the rev range give immense flexibility in any gear, and the engine revs out to redline much more enthusiastically than stock.

Fuel economy is always a consideration when tuning your diesel. As with many things in life, there are a number of variables; the biggest probably being the driver and driving style. However as our customers find out the worst case scenario is seeing like for like the economy to a standard car, in many cases customers seeing as much as a 10% improvement.

Testing facilities at their UK Headquarters, as well as a track office at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, Revo are able to test their products extensively on and off track. Testing products in this way is paramount to ensuring that along with more useable power and torque comes refined drive-ability, something often overlooked.

Testing on a dyno will only ever tell part of the story. Revo believes in data-logging on the road and racetrack as well as testing in controlled dyno conditions, to give you a clearer picture of the performance you can expect. This plays an important role in the Revo development process, ensuring the highest quality products that perform where and when it matters most.
